ShopMy Network Click Tracking FAQ
Introducing SKU-Based Commission directly on ShopMy’s network.
Brands on our network can now set SKU-based commission rates, giving them full control over which products earn specific commission amounts. This flexibility allows brands to strategically incentivize creators by offering higher commissions on key products.
View the video below for a tutorial on the feature:

A brand must quality for BOTH of the below in order to use this feature:
Login to your ShopMy account and select the hamburger icon in the top right corner.
Select “Catalog”
Scroll through your catalog or search for a specific product to set a higher commission rate
Once you find a product, click into the product and a pop up with all specific colors and sizes will appear. Here you can set it for everything in the product card or specific to color and size
You’re all done! Please note that once the rate is set, it is LIVE for creators. Only set rates when you are ready to.
Please note you cannot set a rate below 5%

At the moment, there is no way to schedule rates to go live or end after a certain time period. You must come to the catalog in your ShopMy account to set and remove rates.

On top of individual SKU-Commission rates, you can also set a rate for a Shopify collection, known as Groups in your ShopMy account. To find this, please click on the “Groups” button in your catalog portal.
From here, you can select “+ NEW GROUP”
Select the correct Shopify store you’re like to set a group rate for. If you only have one Shopify store, you won’t see the first option.
Once a collection is added, you can set a rate
Once this rate is set, it is automatically LIVE.
Once you’ve set your rates, it’s easy to see all of your rates in one place by going to the “Commission Rates” tab.
When viewing this tab, you’ll notice you can also increase your site-wide rate at any point. This view will help you see exactly how commission is is broken down on your site. The easiest way to understand this is by viewing the site wide rate, and each specification will win over what is above it. See more below!
