How Is My Program Report Calculated?

The score is scaled to a 1-100 score and is made up of the following components. Please note that the totals below do not necessarily add up to 100, however they are scaled to 100.

Program Activity - 30 points

There are three sections to calculate Program Activity. See how each section is broken-up below.

Creator Outreach

Component	Points	Definition
Chat Response Rate	8	What percentage of your chat messages you have read or responded to that were sent from 30 days ago to 48 hours ago.
Gifting	8	The amount of gifting sent per month in the last 90 days. Due to the nature of pricing differences and promoters among our brand partners, this is calculated based on those differences. We expect brands with lower promotor counts to send more gifting.

Promos and Codes

Component	Points	Definition
Monthly Discount Codes	4	The number of monthly codes sent in the last 90 days. We encourage brands to continually evaluate their active codes, re-engage creators and source new ones with code activation.
Monthly Custom Rates	3	Number of custom rates offered monthly over the past 90 days.
Percentage Promoters With Codes	3	Percentage of active promoters driving traffic in the last 90 days with a code. We encourage brands to provide codes for their active promoters in order to increase traffic.

Manage

Component	Points	Definition
List Users Added	2	This is a calculation of how many users you have added to a list in the last 90 days. To learn more about building lists, view our Discover guide here.
Collaborations	2	Whether you are actively utilizing collaborations.

Program Performance - 38 points

Orders and Traffic

Component	Points	Definition
Order Volume	8	How much order volume your creators have driven monthly in the last 90 days.
Traffic DTC	4	Percentage of traffic that was driven DTC.
Clicks / Traffic	4	How many clicks your creators have driven DTC or non-DTC in the last 90 days.

Promoters

# of Elite Promoters	6	Total number of top ShopMy creators driving traffic in the last 3 months.
# of Earning Elite Promoters	6	Total number of earning top ShopMy creators in the last 90 days.

# of Promoters	3	Total number of creators driving traffic in the last 3 months.
# of Earning Promoters	3	Total number of earning promoters in the last 90 days.

Gifting

Component	Points	Definition
Gifting Promotion Rate	2	Promotion Rate of all gifting sent in the last 90 days with a 14 day buffer (to allow time for creators to receive and test product).
Gifting Acceptance Rate	2	Acceptance Rate of all gifting sent in the last 90 days with a 2 day buffer (allow time for creators to accept)

Account Setup - 12 points

Almost all new brand partners should have 12 points here. These points are made when setting up your brand with our onboarding team.

Component	Points	Definition
Paid Invoices	4	The percentage of your invoices that have been paid over the last 4 months.
Bio	2	Provide ShopMy with a 1-2 sentence brand description to share with our creators.
Commission	2	Offer commission on the platform via the ShopMy network or an external network. Closed programs count!
ShopMy Network	2	Joining the ShopMy network allows you to extend custom commission rates and cookie-less discount codes.
Lookbook Setup	2	Brands with the Lookbooks feature must create and send at least one Lookbook to one creator.

Program Bonuses - 20 points (bonus)

Earning Promoters Onboarded	10 points	How many users you have onboarded to ShopMy. To learn how to onboard creators, click on the hamburger icon in your account and then “Invite Talent”.
Earning, Elite Promoters Onboarded	10 points	How many creators you have onboarded that have become top ShopMy performers. Please note this will take time for creators to generate sales and get to this point.
